Bundle deals

Frequent multi-buy and kit discounts let you lower per-item cost compared with single-item buys.

What they're known for

Lovehoney’s strength is breadth: a huge range of vibrators, couples’ toys, dildos, lingerie and starter kits across budget and premium lines. They stock their own value-brand ranges alongside well-known manufacturers, so you can shop beginner-friendly toys or spend on high-end items without changing stores.

How to get the best price

Lovehoney rarely undercuts itself daily — instead hunt its predictable sale moments (Valentine’s, Black Friday, summer sales) and the clearance section. Multi‑buy bundles and kits often beat single-item discounts; sign up to the newsletter for flash codes and check the “Deals” page before checkout to stack savings.

Shipping, returns & trust

Packages arrive in plain packaging and billing descriptors that don’t advertise contents. Returns for hygiene reasons are limited — expect returns to be accepted only for sealed/unworn items and some exclusions on intimate products; always check the product page. Customer reviews and Q&A give practical usability detail before buying.

Help & FAQ

Does Lovehoney price-match other retailers?

There’s no widely advertised general price‑match guarantee. Instead, compare during Lovehoney’s known sale periods and check clearance and bundle offers for the best deals.

When are the biggest sales?

Biggest predictable events are Valentine’s, Black Friday / Cyber Monday and seasonal mid-year sales. Weekly flash deals and site bundles also pop up — subscribe to emails to catch short-term codes.

Can I return a sex toy?

Hygiene rules are common: sealed or unworn items are usually eligible for return, but opened intimate items are often excluded. Always read the specific product’s return notes before ordering.
